Not at all. We can implement strategies developed in-house, with other partners, or already in play.
How hands-on is your team during execution?
We don’t just advise — we can and will operationalize. Our team leads project plans, joins working sessions, and supports decision-making along the way. If we need to, we can refine governance, decision making and change management.
Can you support communication across departments?
