Hiring: Director, Change Management

We are looking for a Director of Change Management to join our Managed Care business unit and grow a book of business within our consulting services practice. This person should be skilled in change management, ideally certified with Prosci, and should have proven experience in managing successful, large scale enterprise change initiatives with external clients.

Hiring: VP, Managed Care

The VP, Managed Care will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that Unlock Health’s clients’ managed care contracts are optimized, and that every client has a portfolio of enhanced contracts that create sustainable performance over time. They will work closely with other agency executives to ensure that clients are leveraging their contracts, and administering those contracts, including dispute resolution and collections, to attract and retain the right patients that will create long-term sustainable performance.

Applicants must have: experience selling consulting services and experience implementing managed care consulting services.
